The voucher option allows participants the convenience of completing a screening test anytime, making it an ideal option for remote workers. Results are emailed, and participants have the option of consulting with a UWW Health Coach or Dietitian.
Home Testing Kits:
Home Testing Kits offer a simple and convenient way to collect valuable health data. Kits are mailed directly to the participant with prepaid return shipping, making it an excellent choice for remote workers. As part of our wellness services, we will provide an online smoking cessation curriculum developed specifically for your membership containing, information on medical interventions, steps and strategies for quitting, and additional resources such as support groups, all designed to support someone in quitting tobacco. These materials will also include smoking cessation resources specifically available through your medical plans.
