EAP Manager

Isabella Herrera serves as the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Manager, where she brings a compassionate, proactive approach to promoting employee well-being and mental health in the workplace. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Family and Consumer Sciences from Texas State University-an academic foundation that provides her with deep insight into human behavior, emotional wellness, and the complex dynamics that affect individuals both personally and professionally.

Isabella's educational background directly informs her approach to employee support, equipping her to design responsive programs that address the real-world challenges employees face. Since stepping into her role, she has led initiatives to expand access to mental health resources, enhance awareness across the organization, and implement a comprehensive education and training program to further strengthen workforce support.

Maria Elena Fraga
Maria Elena Fraga, RD, CDCES, CDN

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Maria brings a personalized approach to nutrition, helping individuals achieve their highest level of health. She empowers people with small, realistic dietary changes that create a lasting impact. Maria enjoys working with individuals who want to maintain or improve their health so they can thrive at any age.

With extensive experience supporting patients, employees, and physicians, Maria collaborates with her clients to develop an optimal nutrition plan. Maria has successfully helped individuals lose weight, manage diabetes, and improve blood pressure and cholesterol levels. As a leader in smoking cessation, she has also guided individuals in living a tobacco-free life. The Association of Diabetes Educators recently recognized Maria for her unique ability to engage and inspire those seeking a meaningful and healthy way of life.

Sarah Arnett
Sarah Arnett, NBC-HWC

Certified Health Coach

Sarah is on a mission to inspire and empower individuals to take an active role in improving their health and well-being. She is a board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) and a licensed emotional and binge eating recovery practitioner. Sarah has been a health and well-being coach for five years, helping clients build sustainably healthier lifestyles and develop peaceful relationships with food, eating, and themselves. Sarah also works with clients who are trying to manage Type 2 Diabetes, supporting them in controlling their weight, reducing A1c levels, and minimizing reliance on medication by collaboratively creating and cultivating healthier, more active lifestyles.

Sarah employs evidence-based methodologies like cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, neuroscience insights, positive psychology principles, and nutritional rehabilitation. Sarah focuses on creating a regular self-care practice centered on mindfulness and self-compassion. Beyond coaching, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, relishing good food, and exploring the outdoors through hiking, paddle boarding, golf, and kayaking.

With a strong commitment to creating a healthy, resilient workplace culture, Isabella continues to champion initiatives that foster connection, reduce stigma, and empower employees at every level.
